We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscape Foreman to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality outdoor living projects. This position is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in leadership and building beautiful, long-lasting hardscapes. As a Hardscape Foreman, you will be hands-on in the construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other custom outdoor living spaces using concrete, stone, and clay segmental products. You’ll also serve as a trusted leader on the job site — setting the standard for quality, efficiency, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute project instructions provided by the Crew Foreman efficiently and accurately
- Perform all stages of paver installation, including excavation and grading, compaction, drainage systems, geotextile installation, base aggregate and bedding sand, paver installation, cutting, edging, and polymeric sand
- Install additional hardscape services offered by the company, including retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor living features
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Act as a reliable leader on hardscape installations, supporting crew productivity and morale
- Maintain high company standards for quality and job site organization
- Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and professional at all times
- Monitor project progress to ensure productivity and adherence to timelines
- Conduct quality control through ongoing reviews and inspections throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal team members and external contacts
- Serve as a positive, trustworthy representative of the company to clients
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate training needs when identified
- Accurately track and report crew time using the LMN Crew App
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in hardscape installation
- Strong understanding of installation processes, materials, and best practices
- Experience operating construction equipment and tools
- Organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to safety
